Sub-themes or Areas of Consideration for Publication:

The following areas of interest shall be considered for submission of manuscripts for publication in JGSD.

Format of Manuscript:

All manuscripts to be considered for publication in JGSD shall have the following attributes.

The abstract should contain a brief problem statement, aim and objectives, summary of methodology, results, conclusion and a major recommendation. The abstract should also contain not more than two hundred and fifty (250) words, single line spacing, times new roman style, twelve (12) point font size, with both left and right indentation.

The introduction should contain background to the study, brief literature review, statement of research problem, aim and objectives of the study.

This should include research design, types and sources of data, data collection instrument, techniques and procedures of data collection/experimentation and methods of data analysis based on each objective.

This should include a clear presentation of results, analysis and discussion with emphasis on current literature of not more than five years old.

This section should contain concise inferences on the topic of investigation based on major findings of the study.

Referencing style should be based on American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition and single line spacing.

Submission of Manuscript:

Manuscript shall be submitted electronically via the journal email: kasherejgse@gmail.com
After submission, the manuscript shall be subjected to blind peer review, and upon acceptance by the editorial board, the manuscript shall be deemed fit for publication.

Assessment and Publication Fee:

(a) Review of Manuscript: For a manuscript to be reviewed, the author (s) shall pay a non-refundable fee of seven thousand naira (₦7,000.00) only into the journal’s account

(b) Publication of manuscript: Upon acceptance of the manuscript by the editorial board, the contributory author (s) shall pay twenty-five thousand naira (₦25,000.00) only as publication fee into the journal’s account.

Collection of Published Journal by Author(s):

Upon publication of each volume of the journal, lead authors shall be entitled to one hard copy and other contributory authors of a particular article shall access copies of the journal on demand, by paying a compulsory fee of three thousand naira (₦3,000.00) only for a journal into the journal’s account, while also bearing the cost of shipment, if to be sent to a distant place as the case may be. Soft copy of the journal will also be made available online via the journal’s website: https://www.kasherejgsd.com.ng

Number of pages: Articles should not be more than fifteen (15) pages.
